Timothy Desouza has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Timothy began their career as a Graphic Designer at Nearby Digital Ltd in 2011. After that, they worked as a Junior Web & Graphic Designer at Guerilla Galleries (London) from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Timothy joined Mothercare as a Junior Web Designer and later transitioned to the role of Web Designer from 2014 to 2015.
Timothy's career then progressed to Europcar Mobility Group, where they held multiple roles. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Web Designer, focusing on delivering UI optimizations and re-designing the responsive email template. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a UX-UI Designer, working on various web and mobile applications, conducting internal workshops, usability testing, and collaborating with the Optimisation Manager for A/B testing. From 2019 to 2020, they took on the role of a Product Designer, responsible for two product squads, defining and prioritizing optimizations based on user and business needs, and mentoring a Junior Designer.
Following their tenure at Europcar Mobility Group, Timothy joined Sopra Steria as a UX-UI Designer in 2021. In this role, they executed the UX process on projects, acted as a lead designer, managed project scope, and maintained client relations until April 2022.
Currently, Timothy is employed at Tabeo as a Product Designer, starting in April 2022.
Timothy Desouza's education history begins in 2005, when they attended Brunel University London. Timothy completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Industrial Design and Technology in 2008. Following this, from 2010 to 2013, they enrolled in London Metropolitan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Digital Media. Most recently, in 2023, Timothy furthered their education by completing a short-term program at Memorisely, focusing on Design Systems.
