The leaders of Tability have a wide range of experiences in both the public and private sectors. They have worked as freelance designers, software engineers, and product managers for companies like Atlassian, MYP Corporation, and FlyFreely. They have also been involved in IT service and NCSS tutoring at the Queensland Department of Education and the University of Sydney. In addition to their professional experience, the leaders of Tability also have a wide range of educational backgrounds, including degrees in Fine Arts, Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Oregon, Queensland University of Technology, and James Cook University.
