Hadas Hagai

Hadas Hagai is a Senior Global Talent Partner at Taboola. Prior to their current role, they worked as an HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Intel Corporation from January 2018 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting, coaching and training upper managers on how to conduct effective interviews, and building relationships with professional networks and resume databases. Hadas also has experience working as a Teaching Assistant Tutor at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from January 2017 to January 2019. In this role, they provided academic support and guidance to students taking courses in English and Hebrew. Hadas has excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English and a deep understanding of the needs of the organization. This understanding has allowed their to build strong relationships with their colleagues and clients.

Hadas Hagai has a Master's degree in Organizational Sociology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they graduated Summa cum Laude. Hadas also has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology & Management from the same school.
