Kristy Sundjaja

Kristy Sundjaja has global responsibility for all aspects of human resources, people operations, facilities and administrative functions.

Previously, Kristy was the Chief of Staff and the Global Head of People at LivePerson. Prior to LivePerson, Kristy was an industry strategist and led the Industry Transformation Team for the NYC Bloomberg Administration. Before joining the administration, Kristy was an Associate Partner at Oliver Wyman and advised some of the world's leading media and technology companies.

Kristy is also the Founder and President of Exceptional Artists Foundation (EAF). EAF empowers differently-abled artists by creating awareness, fostering independence and increasing access to art education, therapy and programs.

Kristy holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, a BS and MS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an EMBA degree from the Columbia University. She is a member of the Trustee’ Council of Penn Women and the Sterling Network NYC.
