Ismail Shehada has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ismail began their career as a Private Medical Representative at GlaxoSmithKline in 1999. Ismail then joined Tabuk Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Company in 2023 as the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer - Pharma Sector at Saudi Chemical Company Holding from 2020 to 2023. Ismail also worked at AstraZeneca, where they held various roles including GCC Cluster President, Strategy Lead for Oncology Business in the MEA Region, and Country President and General Manager for Saudi Arabia. Before joining AstraZeneca, they worked at GSK, where they held multiple managerial positions, including Country Manager and Commercial Sales Director. Throughout their career, Ismail has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic capabilities in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ismail Shehada completed their Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science from Applied Science University in Jordan during the period of 1993 to 1998. Ismail further pursued senior leadership development by completing an Al Rowad Executive Master degree from Hult International Business School from 2011 to 2012.
