Jesse McCants

Jesse McCants is the current Market Coach at Tacala, LLC. Jesse began their career with Tacala as an hourly team member in 1984 and progressed through the shift manager, assistant manager, general manager, duel store manager, and area coach positions. As an Area Coach, they were responsible for sourcing talented managers and developing general managers to operate profitable businesses.

In 2007, Jesse transitioned to their current role as Market Coach. In this role, they provide support and guidance to the company’s general managers in order to help them improve their stores’ performance. Jesse also coaches and develops managers-in-training.

Jesse has been with Tacala for over 30 years and has played a vital role in its success. Jesse is a highly experienced and respected member of the organization who is dedicated to helping others achieve their full potential.

Jesse McCants attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga for their undergraduate degree and then went on to attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville for their graduate degree.
