Niles Doerksen

Niles Doerksen, MBA, currently serves as the Network Planning Manager at Tachus, LLC, a position held since January 2021, following progressive roles as Network Planning Supervisor and Network Planner. Prior experience includes working as a Fiber Asset Specialist and Fiber Engineer at Crown Castle, where responsibilities encompassed updating small cell routes and maintaining accurate fiber records. At Windstream, Niles worked as an Engineer I - Fiber OSP, focusing on GIS fiber records and collaborating with Project Managers and Engineers. An earlier role as a CAD-GIS Draftperson I involved creating Engineering Construction Orders for fiber routes.
