Nemanja Ernjakovic

Nemanja Ernjakovic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and customer care. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Tack TMI since May 2023, Ernjakovic focuses on creating tailored development solutions and coordinating client projects. Prior to this role, Ernjakovic held various positions at Happiest Baby from November 2019 to May 2023, including Customer Care Trainer and Customer Care Team Lead, where responsibilities included developing training materials, supervising new hires, and managing complex customer care scenarios. Additional experience includes roles in sales and research at companies such as NCR Corporation, GMD Solutions, and Telenor, further complemented by a Graduate degree in Sociology from the University of Belgrade.
