Octavian Pantis is the Cofounder & Managing Director of Qualians, a global training consultancy. Additionally, Octavian serves as a Partner at MAX Business Accelerator and Tack TMI, where Octavian holds the title of Managing Director Romania. Octavian is also a Partner at Ecoxtrem, a teambuilding and events company. In the past, Octavian was involved with AIESEC as part of the National Trainers Team Romania and as President of AIESEC Oradea. Octavian is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Programme Management at the University of Oxford, following their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitatea din Oradea.
