Phil Reynolds

Phil Reynolds is a seasoned leadership development professional with extensive experience in organizational training and consulting. As Principal at Reynolds Consulting LLC since September 1996, Phil has focused on customized manager and executive leadership development programs that align with organizational culture and goals. Currently, Phil serves as a Senior Consultant at Tack TMI, contributing to global learning initiatives across multiple countries and languages. Previously, Phil was a Channel Partner and Sr. Consulting Partner with The Ken Blanchard Companies from 1998 to September 2020, where expertise in leadership training and performance improvement was applied. Phil holds a Master of Divinity in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a degree from East Central University.
