Cesar Cota

Cesar Cota has work experience in various roles related to human resources and organizational development. Cesar started working at TACNA Services in 2021 as an HR SR Specialist. Prior to that, they worked at SSP/Collectron International from 2014 to 2020, where they held a human resources role. From 2012 to 2014, Cesar worked at Atubic/Karacan S Services as a Human Capital Leader, handling tasks related to manufacturing, organizational development, training and development, marketing, and finances. Before that, they worked at Vias y Urbanizaciones/Control Administracion y Sistemas de Informacion SA de CV from 2011 to 2012 as a Human Capital Lead, where they were responsible for coordinating and implementing corporate training programs, recruiting and hiring, and providing coaching and counseling.
