Todd Casale

Todd Casale has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as Local Owner Operator and Director of Operations for Taco Mac Restaurant Group since October 2015. Prior roles include General Manager at O'Charley's from January 2007 to October 2015, General Manager/Trainer at Hennessey's Tavern Inc. from January 2001 to October 2006, and Bartender/Trainer at TGI Fridays from January 1996 to January 2001. Earlier in a career, Todd worked as a Cast Member at the Disney Store from 1993 to 1996. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Hofstra University, graduated in 1996.
