Peter Hillyer

Peter Hillyer is an experienced manager and co-owner in the food service industry, currently serving as a Manager at Taco Mama since July 2018 and co-owning Vittles Food Truck and Catering since August 2017. Prior experience includes four years at Century Restaurant and Bar, where Peter advanced from line cook to manager, overseeing operations and implementing inventory systems across multiple locations. Early career experience includes serving as a server and cook at The University Club, emphasizing customer satisfaction and food quality. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant/Food Services Management and Restaurant Hospitality Management from The University of Alabama, obtained in 2013.
