Aaron Hertzer has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Aaron is currently working as a Mechanical Engineer at Taco Comfort Solutions since August 2021. Previously, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at TEAM Inc. in 2021, where they were involved in designing a new manufacturing process and assembling machinery for carbon fiber production. From 2017 to 2021, Aaron worked at the University of Rhode Island as a Physics Teaching Assistant, where they checked student's worksheets and taught concepts in physics. Aaron also worked as a Sailing Instructor and Boat Maintenance Worker, teaching sailing classes and maintaining boats. In 2020, Aaron interned at MTU Aero Engines, where they developed Gas Turbine Engine Test Measurement and Analysis Software. Aaron also had an internship at Sensata Technologies in 2019, where they conducted an MSA of a test fixture for a prototype sensor. Additionally, Aaron has prior experience as a Sailing Instructor at Edgewood Sailing School, teaching children how to sail.

Aaron Hertzer attended the University of Rhode Island from 2016 to 2021, where they focused on Mechanical Engineering and German.
