Austin Pesce has a diverse work experience that includes roles in engineering and project management. Starting in 2018, they worked as an Industrial Engineering Intern at UPS, where they analyzed warehouse flow and implemented improvements that resulted in significant time and efficiency savings. In 2019, they served as a Civil Engineering Intern at Superior Gunite, estimating job costs and managing construction projects. From 2020 to 2021, Austin worked at WDF Inc. as a Field Engineer/Assistant Project Manager, overseeing HVAC rehabilitation projects and coordinating compactor jobs. Most recently, they joined Taco Comfort Solutions in 2021, first as a Sales Application Engineer and then as an Associate Application Engineer. In these roles, they provided application-based engineering support, optimized large-scale commercial systems, and led the technical support team for a new clean energy product. Throughout their work experience, Austin has demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Austin Pesce graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2020. Prior to that, they attended John S Burke Catholic High School for the duration of 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a 40 Hour certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in June 2020.
