Darron Desroches

Darron Desroches has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Darron started their career as an HVAC Installer at James Scott Electrical Engineers, where they worked on the installation and testing of HVAC equipment. Darron then moved on to Monadanock Erectors as a Steel Erector and Certified Welder, where they traveled throughout New England erecting and welding steel frame buildings.

In 1990, Desroches joined Happy House Amusements Inc as an Amusement Company Representative. Over the course of four years, they took on various responsibilities including inside/outside sales, purchasing, customer service, collections, and managing service and delivery departments. Darron was promoted to Sales Representative in 1992 and Sales Manager in 1993. During this time, they also ran two major tri-state dart leagues.

Desroches then transitioned into the manufacturing industry, working as a Manufacturers Representative at Product Design and Sales Corp from 1994 to 1995. Darron continued their role as a Manufacturers Representative at Urell Inc from 1995 to 2012, representing HVAC products.

In 2012, Desroches joined Taco Comfort Solutions as an OEM Regional Sales Manager, responsible for direct sales of HVAC products to Original Equipment Manufacturers. Darron later took on roles such as NE Regional Director of Sales and OEM, Eastern Regional Sales Director, Southeast Regional Sales Director Residential & OEM, and SE Regional Sales Director Wholesale Sales. Darron'sresponsibilities included managing Rep Agencies, overseeing sales in different regions, training, troubleshooting, business and market planning, and providing support to representatives and OEM customers.

In their most recent role at Taco Comfort Solutions, Darron Desroches served as the SE Regional Director of Wholesale Sales and Ferguson National Account Manager.

Darron Desroches began their education at North Ealing Primary School, where they attended from 1971 to 1972. Following this, they enrolled at the Church of England School from 1972 to 1979. After completing their primary education, Darron went on to attend Nairn Academy from 1979 to 1983. At Nairn Academy, they pursued A Levels in History, English, and Math. Finally, from 1983 to 1985, Darron attended Springburn College of Engineering, focusing on Building Services Engineering.
