Jason Dides

Jason Dides has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Design Engineer Intern at Indaber Ibiza, where they created 3D renders and performed market studies. In 2015, they completed an 8-month internship as a Design Engineer at Zebra Technologies, designing and fabricating a torque-testing fixture. Jason then joined Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in 2016 as a Mechanical Engineering Contractor, where they standardized CAD metadata and fixed mating issues in SOLIDWORKS assemblies. In 2017, they worked as a CAD Designer at Neff Engineering, specializing in 80/20 T slotted aluminum. Jason also served as a Product Design and Development Engineer at ITW Appliance Components, working on various projects. In 2019, they joined SAIC as a Mechanical Engineer until 2021, where they supported mechanical engineering projects. Currently, they are a Mechanical Engineer at Taco Comfort Solutions.

Jason Dides has a strong educational background. Jason began their academic journey by attending North Kingstown High School from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their high school education. After graduating, they pursued higher education at the University of Rhode Island from 2010 to 2016. During their time at the university, Jason earned a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish. Additionally, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the same institution. Jason further expanded their educational experience by studying abroad at the Universidad de Zaragoza from 2013 to 2014, where they focused on Mechanical Engineering and Spanish.
