Jason O'Neill has had extensive experience in sales and management roles within various companies. Jason began their career at Uponor, where they worked as a Technical Services representative, assisting in troubleshooting and problem-solving for customers. Jason was later promoted to Product Manager, where they managed new product development and research. Jason then moved to become an Inside Sales Manager, managing coordination efforts and key accounts. Jason further advanced to the role of Regional Sales Manager, where they successfully increased sales and managed multiple Manufacturer Representative Agencies.

After their time at Uponor, Jason joined Bosch as a Regional Sales Manager, overseeing factory representative agencies, key wholesale accounts, and contractor relationships. Jason facilitated the launch of new product lines and conducted training for customers.

Next, Jason joined McCoy Sales Corporation as a Sales & Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the outside sales team, executing sales and marketing strategies, and developing partnerships. Jason managed vendor relationships, designed and implemented overall sales and marketing strategies, and contributed to the company's strategic planning process.

Following their time at McCoy Sales Corporation, Jason worked at International Environmental Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager, focusing on sales in the Western United States. Jason then joined WhiteWater West Industries Ltd as a Business Development Manager in the Western United States.

Most recently, Jason joined Taco Comfort Solutions as a Regional Sales Manager for the Western US.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated strong sales and management capabilities, strategic planning skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Jason O'Neill earned a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Marketing from Concordia University-St. Paul, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
