Jon Giampietro

Jon Giampietro has extensive work experience in various industries. Jon started their career as a Methods Engineer at Stanley Bostitch in 1992, where they supervised operations and worked on process improvements. Jon then joined Hasbro as a Shift Manager before moving to The Gillette Company in 1996. At Gillette, Jon served as the Business Unit Manager for Venus and Sensor product lines, with full P&L responsibilities and oversight of 24/7 operations. In 2005, Jon joined Taco Comfort Solutions as a Division Manager and is currently responsible for managing the Controls Division, including operations, supply chain, R&D engineering, and new product introductions. Jon was later promoted to Vice President of the Valves and Accessories Business Unit at Taco. Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in business management and operations.

Jon Giampietro completed their Master's Degree in Management with a focus on Operations Management at Rhode Island College from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they pursued an Advanced Graduate Degree in Management Information Systems at Bryant University. Currently, they are in the process of completing their MBA at the University of Rhode Island, which they started in 2010 and is expected to finish in 2011.
