Lara Rocco

Lara Rocco is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing technology and process optimization. Currently serving as a Product and Process Engineer at Taco Comfort Solutions since February 2024, Lara previously held the role of Manufacturing Technology Specialist at Fitt S.p.A, from May 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included industrializing production processes and implementing technological solutions for continuous improvement. Prior experience as a Principal Process Engineer at Biesse Group involved lean production practices, process analysis, and optimization for cost reduction and quality enhancement. Earlier in Lara's career, experience as an Assistant in the Kaizen Promotion Office at Airest S.r.l. focused on lean manufacturing techniques and process mapping. Lara holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova.
