Ruth Schleifer

Ruth Schleifer has extensive experience in human resources, starting with their current role as Senior Human Resources Manager at Taco Comfort Solutions since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Owens & Minor as a Human Resources Manager from December 2018 to December 2021.

Before that, Ruth held the position of Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. for over 11 years, from September 2007 to November 2018. In this role, they led task force initiatives across multiple markets and supported talent management processes across all levels of the organization.

Earlier in their career, Ruth served as the General and Human Resources Manager for both divisions of Gap, Inc. (Old Navy and Banana Republic) from October 1998 to March 2007, maintaining positive employee relations and supervising staffs of 30-100 employees.

Ruth began their career at Bob's Stores, where they worked as the General and Human Resources Manager from May 1995 to October 1998. In this role, they maintained positive employee and labor relations and provided leadership and development to direct reports while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Ruth Schleifer attended Rutgers University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology.
