Victoria McCoy, MBA, GPHR has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in global human resources. Victoria is currently serving as the EVP, Global Human Resources at Taco Comfort Solutions, where they focus on building global business through organizational development, talent management, and compensation programs. Prior to this, they held the role of SVP, Global Human Resources at Taco Comfort Solutions, where they were responsible for integrating global entities, improving processes, talent development, and implementing employee engagement strategies.

Before joining Taco Comfort Solutions, Victoria worked at CyberScout as the EVP, Organizational Strategy and later as the EVP, Chief of Staff. In these roles, they led global organizational transformation and development initiatives, designed compensation strategies, and collaborated with industry thought leaders to elevate the visibility of the cyber industry.

Prior to CyberScout, Victoria worked at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. as the SVP/Director of Professional Practices and Development, where they partnered with senior leaders in Compliance to build and structure the Compliance organization.

Victoria also has experience as the Vice President of Human Resources at DOMA Technologies, where they built the HR function and decreased attrition rates, and as an HR Management Consultant at Goodman & Company, where they provided HR support and developed client proposals.

Victoria's earlier experiences include roles at Operation Smile, APC (American Power Conversion), Picerne Military Housing, and Raytheon - Naval & Maritime Systems, where they focused on HR-related functions such as global HR, organizational development, leadership and staff development, and HR support for business units.

Throughout their career, Victoria has demonstrated their expertise in organizational development, talent management, compensation strategies, and HR support.

Victoria McCoy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Victoria also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California. In addition to their academic degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including being a 360 Leadership Assessment Coach from the Center for Creative Leadership, a Global Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and a Certified R6Sigma Specialist from Raytheon.
