Jon Hartis has had a diverse range of work experiences in the technology field. Jon has served as the Chief Technology Officer at various companies including Ojos Locos Sports Cantina, Reach Hospitality Group, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, Wild Peckers, The Mexican Dallas, TX, Pie Tap Pizza Workshop + Bar, TacoLingo Tex-Mex, and Boudreaux's Cajun Kitchen. Additionally, Jon has held the role of Vice President of Technology at Ojos Locos Sports Cantina, Reach Hospitality Group, and Boudreaux's Cajun Kitchen. Jon has also been an Advisory Council Member at Olo and a member of the FSTEC Advisory Council at Winsight, LLC.

Jon Hartis attended Western Governors University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Information Technology Management. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they studied Computer Information Systems at DeVry University, specializing in Database Management, Information Systems Security, and Systems Analysis and Integration. Jon also graduated from South Garland High School between 1990 and 1994. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a FAA Part 107 sUAS Remote Pilot Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration in September 2017.
