Gabrielle Hubbard-Duris is an experienced Program Manager and Project Manager at Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, where responsibilities include leading the Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Response program and serving as the Regional Emergency Response Coordinator for Pierce County.
