Jessica Malaier

Jessica Malaier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business services and client management. Currently serving as a Business Services Analyst at Tacoma Power since February 2024, Jessica previously held the position of Permit Specialist at the City of Tacoma from January 2018 to February 2024. Prior roles include Marketing Coordinator at BCE Engineers, Inc. from April 2016 to January 2018, and Case Administrator & Paralegal at the Chapter 13 Trustees Office from October 2009 to September 2015, where Jessica managed a caseload of up to 800 cases.
