Teresa Loo

Teresa Loo is an experienced professional in wildlife management and environmental affairs, currently serving as Wildlife & Lands Manager at Tacoma Power since November 2021. Prior to this, Teresa Loo held various leadership roles at Port Blakely, including Director of Environmental Affairs & Community Relations, where notable achievements included managing the first forest carbon offset project for the US division and overseeing communications efforts. Teresa Loo also served as Senior Forest Analyst at Port Blakely, conducting significant valuations and assessments of forestland acquisitions and divestitures. Earlier career positions include Forest Analyst and Forester at Menasha Forest Products Company and Staff Forester at the University of Washington Pack Forest. Teresa Loo holds a BS in Forest Resources from the University of Washington, an MBA in Technology & Innovation Management from Pacific Lutheran University, and a Certificate in Utility Management from Willamette University.
