Rasmus Balslev Jespersen

Rasmus Balslev Jespersen is an experienced Operations Manager at Taconic Biosciences, overseeing animal production in Denmark since April 2023. Previously, Rasmus spent over a decade at Copenhagen Airports A/S, where roles included Coordinating Supervisor, Security Supervisor, and Security Officer, managing large teams and focusing on process optimization, project and quality management, as well as change management. Rasmus's early career in the Danish Armed Forces included various leadership positions, such as Course Manager, Team Leader, Platoon Commander, and Recovery Commander, showcasing expertise in military training and operations management. Rasmus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Military leadership and strategy from the Royal Danish Military Academy and an HF from Esbjerg Gymnasium.
