Matt Chavana holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA in Business and Marketing from The University of Southern Mississippi. With extensive experience in engineering management, Matt Chavana currently serves as the Engineering Manager - New Product Development and Director of Engineering at Tacony Corporation, focusing on designing and developing innovative products in the cleaning industry. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Rug Doctor, where responsibilities encompassed consumer product development and managing engineering and quality teams both domestically and internationally. Before this, Matt Chavana held various positions at Oreck Corporation, overseeing all aspects of product development, and served as Director of Engineering at Outland Sports, specializing in consumer products for hunting.
