Natalie Malaszenko Strahan

Natalie Malaszenko Strahan currently serves as Chairman of REVEAL and President of Tactacam, a position held since April 2025. Previously, Natalie was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aperture Pet & Life from 2021 to 2025, focusing on the growth of aquatics brands through strategic mergers and acquisitions. Prior roles include Chief Customer Officer at Bass Pro Shops, where Natalie advanced customer-focused strategies, and Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at Office Depot, managing significant eCommerce operations. Other notable positions include Chief Marketing Officer at Overstock.com, Vice President of Marketing & eCommerce at Omni Hotels & Resorts, Global Head of Digital at HP, and Director of eCommerce & Social Media at Petco. Natalie began a career at Dell, where significant contributions included the establishment of the first social media organization. Educationally, Natalie completed the Executive Business Management Program at Harvard Business School and earned a BA in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from The University of New Mexico.
