Bill Lucas

Bill Lucas has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Quality Systems at Tactair Fluid Controls Inc. since March 2003, overseeing the AS9100 / ISO 9001 Certified Quality Management System and performing internal and lead audits. Previously, Bill held the position of Manager of Quality Control, where responsibilities included managing NDT Level 3 certifications and establishing a Nadcap Accredited NDT facility. Prior roles include Quality Control Manager at Rollway Bearing Corp., focusing on quality systems and NDT inspection, and Manufacturing Engineer at Koyo Corporation, where Bill managed production lines and was involved in equipment changeovers. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, earned between 1987 and 1993.
