Erica Adkins

Erica Adkins is a seasoned professional in the field of Electronic Warfare and Airborne Electronic Attack, currently serving as a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst at Tactical Air Support since October 2020, where support is provided for the Department of Defense with a focus on weapon system fleet integration and end-user training. Prior to this role, Erica was the Government Flight Test Director at Air Test and Evaluation Squadron 23 (VX-23) from July 2015 to July 2020, overseeing a significant Electronic Warfare defense acquisition program and managing a large team and substantial budgets. Erica's career with the US Navy spanned from August 2003 to July 2015, during which various leadership roles in Electronic Attack squadrons and training programs were held. Erica holds a Master of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science with the same major from the United States Naval Academy, along with several specialized training credentials from the United States Naval Test Pilot School and the Electronic Attack Weapons School.
