Shawn Ebersole

Shawn Ebersole is an experienced professional in the fields of account management and waste management. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Tactical Safety Solutions since October 2021, Shawn focuses on assessing customer needs for third-party safety services and building trust with clients. As the President and Founder of WRC - Waste & Recycling Consultants since January 2020, Shawn aids businesses in reducing operating costs through service analysis and negotiation. Previously, as Co-Owner of Waste Link Inc from October 2012 to January 2020, Shawn played a pivotal role in expanding the company into the largest locally-owned hauler in the Wichita Metro area. Shawn's earlier experience includes a sales role at Truck Center Companies, where a successful territory development led to the highest sales in the company, and a position as Customer Service Coordinator and Maintenance Leadman at Ryder System, Inc. Shawn attained an Associate of Arts degree in History from Cowley College and pursued further education in History Teacher Education at Wichita State University.
