Jessica Falkenstein

Jessica Falkenstein has a diverse work experience ranging from executive positions to business ownership in the food industry. Their recent work includes being the CEO of Tacticon Armament and previously being the head chef at Woodlake Tavern and WM Catering & Events as well as Flower Farm Cafe. Jessica also worked as the executive chef at Intel Corporation and as a sous chef at New Dawn Treatment Centers. In addition, Jessica has experience in business analysis and management through their previous role as a business analyst in Global Prime Services at UBS Investment Bank.

Jessica Falkenstein obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Management from UC Irvine, which spans from 2006 to 2010. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Jessica finished their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in International Business Practices from St Mary's London. Jessica has two additional certifications, namely the Professional Food Manager certificate acquired from Premier Food Safety in December 2014 and the ServSafe Food Handler's Card obtained from ServSafe Certified in June 2014.
