Jim Foreman

Jim Foreman is an experienced distribution and operations professional currently serving as the Distribution Manager for Tactics since May 2022, responsible for overseeing a 20-man team at the company’s Distribution and Shipping hub. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a Project Manager at Philips Neuro from May 2018 to April 2020, managing over 40 complex projects annually and developing a centralized interface to improve efficiency and communication. Previously, Jim held the position of Warehouse / Operations Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, where efforts were made to optimize product flow and reduce labor costs. Early in their career, Jim was the Assistant Store Manager for Scandinavian Designs, leading operations with over $7 million in annual sales and achieving a significant increase in specialty and contract goods sales. Jim is a graduate of Ukiah High School, where studies were completed from 1995 to 1999.
