Alex Lombardi

Alex Lombardi has held three positions in the past four years. From 2016 to present, they have been a Business Development Manager for The Tactile Group. In 2016, they were also a CS Technician for Cigna, where they provided remote technical assistance to a global network of Cigna employees, managed an Active Directory single sign-on user group, and achieved perfect scores on all semimonthly interaction reviews. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Sales Manager for Capogiro Gelato Artisans, where they managed and cultivated new and existing accounts, planned and executed the launch of a new Capogiro location, and coordinated and managed events as a vendor in local Philadelphia street festivals.

Alex Lombardi attended Drexel University from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Entertainment and Arts Management with a field of study in Visual and Performing Arts.
