Joe Kucharski has over 20 years of professional experience. Joe began their career in 1997 as a Digital Media Designer for ClearLogic. In 2001, they were hired as an Art Director for JAM Musical Industries. In 2004, they became a Project Manager for PayQuik.com, Inc. In 2008, they joined Citi - Prepaid Services as an Assistant Vice-President, Product - Global Transactions Services, and later held roles as an Assistant Vice-President, Business Analyst/Project Manager, Global Product Development and Vice-President, Creative and Marketing Manager. In 2015, they were hired as a Project Manager, User Experience for Comcast. In 2016, they became a Digital Delivery Lead, Digital Marketing Communications for GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH. In 2018, they joined The Tactile Group as a Project Director and Project Manager, managing multiple ongoing projects for Federal and City government and leading the redesign project for PHL.org.

Joe Kucharski attended Paul VI from 1985-1989 and then obtained a BA in Computer Graphics/Graphic Design from Rutgers University - Camden from 1989-1994. Joe also holds certifications from the Scrum Alliance (CSM) and the PMI (PMP).
