Alaina Sclavi

Alaina Sclavi has over a decade of experience in operational process improvement and payer relations, currently serving as Manager, Operational Process Improvement at Tactile Medical since July 2013. Alaina has held several roles at Tactile Medical, including Manager of Payer and Process Evaluation, Business Analyst for Payer Relations, Supervisor of Commercial Case Management, and Case Management Specialist. Prior to Tactile Medical, Alaina worked at HealthPartners as a Dispute Resolution Consultant and Member Services Representative, and at Benesyst as a Customer Service Representative. Alaina holds a Master's degree in International Business from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Metro State University.
