Christi Graczyk

Christi Graczyk, CCEP, is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the legal and compliance fields. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Compliance at Tactile Medical since January 2017, Christi provides leadership and oversight to the Compliance Program Department, focusing on compliance advancement through a thorough understanding of processes, controls, and risk assessment findings. Previous roles include various compliance-related positions at 3M from July 2013 to August 2015, where responsibilities encompassed contract management, legal research, and compliance review of marketing materials. Christi also has extensive paralegal experience from ACIST Medical Systems and 3M Health Care, including managing legal documents, supporting patent applications, and collaborating with business clients and external counsel. Christi holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an A.B.A Approved Post-baccalaureate Paralegal degree from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute.
