Kait Semon

Kait Semon, MBA, is an experienced professional in customer experience and business intelligence within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Senior Customer Experience Manager at Tactile Medical, Kait focuses on representing the voice of customers and implementing national CX training initiatives. Previously, at Women's Care Florida, Kait held the position of Director of Business Intelligence, leading a team to enhance analytics capabilities across the organization.
