Tram Vo has experience in change management, talent acquisition, and employer branding. Currently working at HEINEKEN Vietnam as the Sales Changes & Communication Manager and Digital Change & Communication Lead, responsible for cultivating an agile work culture. Previously, Tram led successful Management Trainee Programs and Employer Branding Projects. Tram also has experience in HR and business consulting roles at AA Corporation and Global Integration Business Consultant. Tram holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
