Nikki Everson

Nikki Everson is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in process improvement and operational efficiency within the healthcare sector, currently managing multiple roles at Tactile Medical since October 2015. Responsibilities include leading collaboration meetings, serving as a subject matter expert for commercial operations, and overseeing significant projects such as the transition to a new Patient Trainer role and the implementation of automated solutions that enhanced process efficiency. Prior roles span supervisory and support positions in sales and training, as well as critical dispatch roles at Allina Hospitals & Clinics and Washington County Sheriff's Office. Nikki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Safety and Security from Concordia University-St. Paul and an Associate's degree from Century College.
