Rob Horn

Rob Horn, CPPM, UST-CAP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Portfolio Management and Governance at Tactile Medical since January 2025. Previously, Horn held various managerial positions at Arctic Wolf from July 2021 to January 2025, including Manager of Finance & Accounting Business Transformation, Manager of Revenue Systems, and Senior Business Systems Manager. Other notable experiences include serving as Senior Project Manager at Bullhorn and Stoneridge Software, as well as Project Manager at Chrome River Technologies. Horn's career began at Ontrack, continuing through roles at Bluewater Inc. and SAP Concur, where expertise in project management developed across multiple divisions. Horn is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Xavier University and possesses a Certified Professional Project Management degree from the University of St. Thomas. Horn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Minnesota, along with earlier education at Wheeling Jesuit University.
