Sarah Harford

Sarah Harford is a dedicated professional in patient education and occupational therapy with extensive experience in clinical settings. Currently serving as the Supervisor of Patient Education at Tactile Medical since October 2020, Sarah has significantly improved onboarding efficiency by 30 percent and successfully onboarded over 80 patient trainers. Previous roles include Patient Education Lead and Virtual Patient Trainer, where Sarah delivered extensive virtual training sessions. At The Brattleboro Retreat, Sarah co-developed an educational internship program for occupational therapy students and expanded therapy services, while experience at ServiceNet involved facilitating comprehensive rehabilitation programming for adults with acquired brain injuries. Additionally, Sarah has contributed to academia as adjunct faculty at Bay Path University and has a strong foundation in research and student support from earlier roles. Sarah holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from Bay Path University and a Bachelor of Science in Fine Art from SUNY New Paltz.
