Ben Neary

Ben Neary has extensive experience in leadership roles within the transport and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Tactix-Sener Group since November 2012, Ben oversees a partnership that integrates advisory and engineering expertise. Prior to this, Ben was a founding Director at Scott Lister and Ability People, with responsibilities including management consulting and team leadership. Early career experiences include serving as Service Delivery Manager for Network Rail, where project management and infrastructure maintenance were key responsibilities, as well as Performance and Resources Manager at Carillion Rail, focusing on compliance and performance initiatives.
