Steve Waters possesses extensive experience in operations and project management within the rail industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Tactix-Sener Group since March 2015, Steve has previously held key roles including Rail Operations Manager at RCR Tomlinson, Programme Manager at ARTC, and Operation Manager at UGL Limited. With a solid foundation in construction and project management from earlier positions at Amey Rail, Westinghouse, Carillion Rail, WS Atkins, Balfour Beatty Rail, and British Rail, Steve has developed a comprehensive skill set in managing rail operations and projects over a career spanning several decades.
