Magnus Wallden

Magnus Wallden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operational leadership within the technology sector. Currently, as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Tacton since March 2012, Wallden has been instrumental in overseeing the global customer journey and driving initiatives focused on customer adoption, expansion, and retention. This role encompasses the transformation and scaling of various customer-facing teams, including Customer Success, Training & Enablement, and Professional Services. Prior to Tacton, Wallden held several leadership positions at Lawson Software, culminating in the role of VP Professional Services. Wallden holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University.
