Vera Ljung

Vera Ljung serves as the Director of Customer Services Europe and Director of Success Delivery Nordics at Tacton since August 2021, focusing on value-based guided selling and omnichannel sales for highly customizable products. Prior experience includes a decade at Scania Group, where Vera held multiple roles, such as Concept and New Business Solutions Manager, creating user-friendly SaaS, MaaS, and VaaS services through Service Design methodologies, and Project Manager for global market introductions in both the truck and bus segments. Additional roles include Design Engineer for special vehicles and consulting positions with XDIN AB, along with technical illustration work at Atlas Copco. Vera Ljung holds degrees from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Malmö University.
