Miikka Karna

Miikka Karna has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Miikka started their career at Sahko-Rantek as a winder, where they gained experience in stator coil winding. Miikka then worked at ADC Telecommunications, initially as a tester and later as a product engineer and project manager, specializing in RF-application projects. Following that, they joined FilTec as a project manager and part-owner, responsible for RF-application design and start-up tasks. At Perlos, they worked as a project manager and technology manager, overseeing metal technology implementation and supplier validation. Miikka then joined Lite-On Mobile Mechanical, where they held various roles including senior program manager, senior account manager, and head of the program management office. Currently, they serve as the VP of IMSE Integration and Platform Development at TactoTek. Throughout their career, Miikka has demonstrated expertise in program management, sales engineering, platform industrialization, and operational excellence.

Miikka Karna obtained a B.Sc. (Eng.) degree in Machine- and Production Engineering from North Karelia Polytechnic between 2001 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Technician (Eng.) degree in Machine Automation from Oulu Polytechnic from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, Miikka holds certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM) from Product Focus, and a Graduate Diploma in International Business from Aalto University Executive Education Ltd. Miikka is also a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certified by the Project Management Institute.
