Rafayel Ghasabyan

Rafayel Ghasabyan is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in technology and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of TACTUN since October 2022, Rafayel previously held roles as an Adjunct Lecturer at the American University of Armenia, where instruction focuses on the "Fundamentals of Systems Engineering." Over a decade of experience includes leadership positions as CEO at RAFA Solutions, Datalogger LLC, and ArmTab Technologies, where contributions involved strategic vision-setting, partnership formation, and building manufacturing processes. Additionally, Rafayel worked as a General Representative for Technology & Science Dynamics, and as a Systems Engineer at National Instruments, enhancing technical expertise in measurement and control systems. Rafayel holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the State Engineering University of Armenia.
