Hems Kanabar

Hems Kanabar has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Hems started their career at Microsoft as a System Engineer in the UK before taking on various roles such as Partner Technology Manager and Strategic Partner Technology Manager at Microsoft's EMEA offices. During this time, they worked closely with OEM partners to drive business growth and develop technical plans and strategies. In 2023, Hems joined Tactus Group as the Director of Sales & Technology Solutions, focusing on helping SMB/SMC businesses transition to the cloud. Prior to Microsoft, they served as the Chief Engineer at Viglen XMA, where they managed the Product Development and R&D team and built strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers globally. Hems began their career at Viglen as a Senior Certification Engineer.

Hems Kanabar completed a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Computer Science from Kingston University in the period of 1997 to 2001. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Microsoft 365 Copilot First Look, What Is Generative AI?, Next Generation AI: An Intro to GPT-3, Surface Modern Management Mission, Microsoft Modern Endpoints Accreditation, Windows 11 Pro 2022 Accreditation, Achievement in Accessibility, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, and Accessibility in Action. The years obtained for these certifications range from 2020 to 2024.
